What is a remote Amazon inventory job?

Remote Amazon inventory jobs involve managing and tracking inventory for Amazon sellers or the company itself while working from a remote location. Responsibilities often include monitoring stock levels, updating product listings, coordinating with warehouses, and ensuring timely restocking to prevent shortages or overstock. These roles may also require using inventory management software and collaborating with teams through digital platforms. Job description

About Kitsch
Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products are in more than 32,000 retailers across 92 countries. We make everyday essentials that make you feel exceptional. The Role
We're looking for a Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist to help us stop stockouts and overstock before they happen. You'll watch inventory across our DTC, Wholesale, and Amazon channels, catch risk early, and bring solutions - not just warnings.
Work Type: Remote
Location: LatamWhat You'll Do
  • Track sell-through and inventory across DTC, Wholesale (Target, Ulta, Walmart), and Amazon to catch stockout risk before it hits the shelf.
  • Spot SKUs heading toward excess inventory before they become aging stock or a markdown problem.
  • Build and keep a live risk register so the team always knows where the next issue might show up.
  • Flag risks with a recommended fix - a reallocation, a rush order, a promo - not just an alert.
  • Treat Amazon as a top-priority channel, not an afterthought.
  • Keep your trackers (including Asana) clean and current so nobody downstream works off stale data.
  • Look for smarter, faster ways to catch risk early, including AI-assisted tools.
What You Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain role.
  • A track record of spotting problems early and bringing a solution with you.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple planning systems.
  • Clear, confident communication with teams outside of planning - warehouse, production, sales.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with retailer portals like Target Partners Online, Ulta vendor portal, Walmart Retail Link, or Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Comfort using AI tools to spot patterns faster.
