Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to create a balanced work-life environment while participating in a meaningful vocation. Our telehealth facility is designed for your convenience, incorporating tools and technologies that facilitate efficient patient interactions. You will work with a dedicated support team that includes IT support, billing assistance, and operational guidance, ensuring that you can concentrate solely on providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly live video counseling sessions with adult clients, employing evidence-based techniques such as CBT to promote therapeutic growth and resilience.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to establish a comprehensive treatment approach tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize automated assessment tools to gather data on symptoms, functional progress, and treatment goals, adjusting care plans proactively based on this feedback.
• Engage in weekly consultation sessions with leadership, ensuring you receive ongoing clinical support and guidance to enhance your practice.
• Document client interactions and progress efficiently using our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) and treatment software, streamlining your workflow.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse adult population, including those experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your work will also involve addressing patients who are at a higher risk of severe psychological distress, including suicidal ideation. We emphasize culturally responsive care and believe that every individual deserves treated regardless of their background.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (appropriate licensure such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is necessary).
• A minimum of two years' experience in mental health counseling, specifically with adult populations.
• Independent licensure for at least one year, permitting you to operate independently as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist.
• A commitment to providing culturally responsive care to all populations, with a genuine enthusiasm for working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of direct experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy to adults, with a solid understanding of a range of mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with digital solutions and telehealth platforms in clinical practice.
• Experience supporting patients with high-risk mental health issues, including suicidal ideation.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, with additional bonus opportunities.
