  • Engage in crisis intervention efforts to provide immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, helping to stabilize their situations and connect them with ongoing resources.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues, helping to destigmatize mental illness and promote available resources.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. This role is particularly focused on serving individuals who may have limited access to mental health services, ensuring they receive the compassionate care and support they need.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity to address the unique needs of a diverse client population.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to document progress and treatment plans accurately and promptly.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in community mental health settings or outpatient therapy environments is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement various therapeutic approaches effectively.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and crisis management scenarios.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Professional liability insurance is provided to all licensed staff.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including continuing education and training programs designed to enhance clinical skills.
  • A collaborative team environment where support and supervision are readily available, contributing to professional growth.
  • Engage in meaningful work that positively impacts the mental health and well-being of our community members.
