Adelphi Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our dynamic team in Reno, Nevada. This full-time position is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to provide essential mental health services to young adults in a supportive and innovative outpatient clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you'll play an integral role in our outpatient treatment center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that allow clients to connect and share experiences designed to foster mutual support and learning.
  • Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling services, helping clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies and action plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences.
  • Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to track and evaluate clients' progress, while regularly providing constructive feedback to enhance their treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A current, valid LCPC license in the state of Nevada.
