Requirements

  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs at once (reservation software, shared inbox, phone systems -we'lltrain you on our tools)

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace

  • Availability for weekend and holiday shifts, our busiest periods

  • Previouscall center experience preferred, notrequired!

Daily operations are divided into 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm shifts (time zone is defaulted toMountain Time).(Start date ofDec 5th)

We can support remote work for this position in the following states:California, Colorado,Idaho,Montana,Utah, Vermont, and Wyoming.

About theRole

As a reservation agent,you are the first point of contact for a high percentage of our customers. In this position, you willbe responsible forwalking our customersthrough the reservation process, ensuringa high standard ofaccuracyand clearly communicating our service details.You'llalsoupselladditionalproductsandfeatureswe offer, answer customer questions about our services and resorts, and get our customers excited for their ski vacation. Our call center is open8am -6pm Mountain Time, 7 days a week.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls andassistcustomers in booking ski and snowboardrentals,taking detailed notes oneach call

  • Answer guest questions about our service,locations,andequipment

  • Upsell helmets,high-performanceboots, damageinsurance,and goggles based on customer needs

  • Callbackmissed calls/pending orders/loyal returning guests, answeremailsandvoicemailsthroughout your shift

  • Stay ahead ofonline bookingsfor your assigned markets, placing themandverifying missing information(we use Inntopia andAspenware-we'lltrain you)

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Contact guestsstaying with our lodging partnersfor potential sales opportunities

  • Align with our local shops toassistin any modifications, switch outs,pick-upsand to maximize revenue during peak period
