This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, ensuring a structured yet accommodating work schedule. As a remote team, we utilize cutting-edge technology and communication tools to ensure seamless collaboration and support, creating a sense of community among team members despite geographical distances.

• Conduct virtual assessments and therapeutic sessions for clients, utilizing video conferencing tools to create a safe and supportive environment.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on a thorough evaluation of clients' needs, preferences, and goals.
• Track and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them navigate the complexities of healthcare, legal, and social systems.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and their families, helping them cope with difficult emotions and situations.

This role primarily involves working with clients in a hospice setting, supporting individuals who are facing terminal illnesses and their families. You will play a critical role in providing emotional support, counseling, and resources to help clients navigate the end-of-life process, ensuring dignity and compassion in their final days.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and an active California LCSW license.
• A minimum of two years of direct client-facing experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and communication tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Prior experience in hospice or palliative care is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and sensitivity to issues around death and dying.
• Experience working in a remote setting, demonstrating self-discipline and motivation.

Inspiration Point Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
