Health Coast Behavioral Center is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our innovative and passionate team. This position boasts a collaborative remote environment supported by state-of-the-art technological resources that enable seamless communication and effective therapy delivery. While the majority of your work will be conducted from home, regular virtual meetings with other therapists and healthcare professionals ensure ongoing support and mentorship. Occasional evening availability may be required to accommodate patient schedules, especially during peak periods.

• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients' mental health needs virtually, allowing for the development of customized treatment plans that address individual concerns.
• Deliver short-term individualized counseling services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to effectively manage patient crises.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions focused on skill building and personal development, creating a supportive environment for peer feedback and growth.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care; collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure synchronized treatment plans that maximize patient outcomes.
• Participate in outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness in the community, leading workshops and seminars designed to destigmatize mental illness and promote wellness strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical standards and legal compliance are upheld at all times.

Our outpatient facility serves a diverse patient population facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychotic disorders. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will leverage your expertise to empower patients through personalized support and therapeutic interventions that improve their quality of life.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices tailored for outpatient settings is essential, alongside solid skills in crisis management and therapeutic communication.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and a passion for improving client outcomes in a collaborative healthcare environment.

• Experience in a hospital or outpatient counseling setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and virtual counseling modalities will be beneficial.

• Annual salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
