In this critical role for Kaleidoscope, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and retaining the top-tier talent of local Allied Healthcare and Education Professionals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with extensive outreach (phone, email, text), speaking with new people frequently and will have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questioning. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
