The role offers a flexible work setting that is entirely remote, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our telehealth system is designed to minimize administrative burdens, enabling you to concentrate on providing valuable therapy sessions. You will collaborate with an experienced support team that manages non-clinical tasks, ensuring that your primary focus remains on client care. Enjoy a structured schedule with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with predictable workdays.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform, utilizing video conferencing technology to engage with clients effectively.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs and therapeutic goals of each client.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records to comply with legal and ethical guidelines, as well as to monitor progress over time.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

As a remote licensed mental health counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic is dedicated to providing inclusive care to individuals across different backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent interactions that honor each client's unique experiences and perspectives.

• An active Tennessee mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required to practice.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in providing therapy is essential for this role.

• Experience in telehealth settings is a plus, facilitating comfort with technology and remote client interactions.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities to cater to diverse client needs is highly valued.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience.
