Job description

Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for U.S. Trade and Development Agency solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Services. This contingent, intermittent role is focused on airside civil design, constructability and phasing under continuing airport operations.
Role responsibilities:
• Review airside geometry, grading, utilities and constructability constraints.
• Develop construction-phasing, operational-continuity and safety interfaces for runways, taxiways and aprons.
• Define implementation packages, dependencies, acceptance criteria and fallback measures.
Evidence sought:
• Senior airside civil design or construction-management experience.
• Demonstrated live-airport phasing and operational-continuity work.
• Experience developing scopes, schedules, budgets and implementation risks.
Engagement: Fully remote and intermittent during a potential four-year contract, subject to award and written assignment authorization. Limited international travel may be requested for particular assignments and would be discussed and confirmed separately.
Applicants should be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and able to work in the United States. Selection, award, hours and travel are contingent.
