We are seeking experienced Enterprise AI Workflow Experts to support an innovative project focused on AI adoption, enablement, and business process improvement. You will design and evaluate AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and solve real-world business challenges.

No prior AI training experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize AI-powered and agentic workflows for business processes.
  • Evaluate AI agent performance and identify reasoning, workflow, and tool-use gaps.
  • Develop practical use cases, test cases, and operational playbooks.
  • Document workflows, outcomes, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve AI systems and business workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Professional experience in Sales, Growth, Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related business function.
