We are currently seeking a Data & AI Consulting Mgt. Managing Director, Remote to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
We are seeking a senior leader to lead the Data Strategy capability within Data & Analytics (D&A) practice in North America, with accountability for client delivery, team mentorship, delivery excellence, and practice growth. This role will oversee strategic client engagements, develop high-performing teams, strengthen delivery capabilities, and help grow the practice.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Data Strategy capability within the D&A practice, ensuring strong client outcomes, delivery quality, financial performance, and business development.
  • Provide executive and architectural oversight for complex Data & Analytics engagements across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
  • Establish consistent delivery governance, methodologies, quality standards, risk management, estimation and executive reporting.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point for strategic clients, resolving delivery issues and maintaining alignment with business objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary Data & Analytics teams and future technology leaders of D&A practice.
  • Collaborate across technology practices and strategic partners, including understanding product roadmaps (Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and impact to D&A practice in North America.
  • Own workforce and capacity planning, balancing skills, utilization, demand, delivery commitments, and development.
  • Define and promote best practices across data strategy, architecture, engineering, modernization, analytics, data quality and MDM.
  • Drive adoption of reusable frameworks, reference architectures, accelerators, and delivery standards.
  • Partner with sales and account teams on solution shaping, estimation, staffing, proposals, and transition from presales to delivery.
  • Maintain executive client relationships and identify opportunities for account and practice growth.

Basic Qualifications
  • 15+ years of professional services, consulting, technology services, or relevant industry leadership experience in US/Canada.
  • 8+ years leading teams and complex Data & Analytics programs with responsibility for delivery, clients, staffing, and financial performance.
  • Leadership experience across areas such as data strategy and architecture, data engineering, data platforms, BI/analytics, governance, data quality, or MDM.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop multidisciplinary Data & Analytics teams.
  • Experience establishing delivery governance, methodologies, resource management, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge and roadmap of modern Data/AI platforms including Snowflake, Databricks & Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Ability to travel at least 50%.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream Data & Analytics transformations.
  • Experience managing onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of revenue, margin, utilization, forecasting, staffing, and delivery economics.
  • Experience building delivery centers of excellence, reusable assets, and engineering standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams, develop leaders, and align workforce capabilities with business demand.
  • Experience supporting Data & Analytics Go-To-Market, Offerings and account growth while maintaining alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior client executives and represent the firm in executive and industry forums.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
