Manager AI Governance and Enablement
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager for AI Governance and Enablement to provide leadership for a team focused on AI initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the AI governance framework, overseeing technical due diligence processes, and managing the implementation of various AI solutions. This role requires a blend of people management, process improvement, and technical oversight within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and people management for the AI Governance and Enablement team.
  • Oversee the technical due diligence process for all new AI initiatives, ensuring compliance before contract finalization.
  • Manage a queue of AI projects in various stages of completion.
  • Lead the enhancement of the existing AI governance framework, including the improvement of training materials.
  • Direct the implementation and support of a suite of smaller AI solutions across different departments.
  • Drive process improvement and organizational efficiency within the team.
  • Facilitate the team's adoption of Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role with people management responsibilities.
  • A background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects or governance.
  • Experience working within an Agile framework.

Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Epic AI, or similar health solutions is beneficial.
