Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your specialized industry knowledge to provide critical input and feedback for AI system training and evaluation.
- Review, edit, and generate written materials in Word and PDF formats, ensuring content aligns with professional standards in your field (legal, government communications, healthcare, etc.).
- Assess the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of technical or domain-specific documents utilized by AI models.
- Collaborate with a dynamic remote team to improve model performance and reliability through hands-on assessments.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and professionally, both in written reports and verbal discussions.
- Stay current with trends and best practices within your domain to ensure AI learning remains relevant and up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Expertise in a specialized field where professional writing and document review are core components (e.g., legal, government, healthcare).
- Experience working with Word and PDF formats for professional documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or domain experience.
- Master’s, PhD, or JD from a recognized university, or equivalent practical expertise.
- Experience working within Fortune 500 companies or other highly recognizable brands.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of producing or reviewing regulatory, policy, or compliance documents.
- Experience with cross-functional or cross-disciplinary project teams in a remote environment.
- Published papers, thought leadership, or formal recognition within your area of expertise.
