Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Manual QA + Agentforce based in Netherlands.

This role is designed for an experienced QA professional specializing in Salesforce and Agentforce implementations.
You will take ownership of testing AI-powered agents, Salesforce workflows, integrations, and data flows across complex environments.
The position combines traditional quality assurance with conversational AI and prompt validation.
You will assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, reliability, and business impact.
Working closely with developers, architects, business analysts, and product teams, you will support Agile delivery from testing through production readiness.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative Salesforce solutions while strengthening quality, scalability, and user experience.

Accountabilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations, covering functional requirements, business workflows, AI agent behavior, topics, actions, and prompts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, smoke, and release validation testing across Salesforce environments.
  • Validate Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party applications, ensuring reliable data exchange and expected business outcomes.
  • Test AI-generated responses and conversational experiences for accuracy, relevance, consistency, compliance, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Conduct conversational AI, chatbot, prompt, performance, reliability, and scalability testing for AI-powered agents.
  • Validate Salesforce Data Cloud integrations, data synchronization, and data quality across connected systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed test cases, test data, test suites, and supporting automation assets.
  • Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools and investigate integration-related defects.
  • Track, document, and manage defects through Jira while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout Agile sprint cycles.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Support production readiness by identifying risks, resolving defects, and completing final smoke and release validation activities.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Salesforce quality assurance, manual testing, or a closely related QA role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Flows and Automation, Security Model, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including AI agent testing, conversational flows, topics, actions, prompts, and response validation.
  • Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UAT, API, data validation, performance, conversational AI, and chatbot testing.
  • Experience testing AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, reliability, and business requirements.
  • Practical experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Salesforce Developer Console.
  • Experience using Jira for defect tracking and Agile delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with ACCELQ or Selenium for test automation is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to identifying and documenting defects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders and communicate testing findings clearly.
