Job description

Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As a Lead Product Manager for Agentic AI Platform, you will lead the AI Agent Platform and AI Agent evaluation within the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform-making it smarter, more relevant, and agreement-centric. This role is focused on unlocking the power of AI agents by building a next-generation, agentic fabric and AI agent evaluation experience that helps customers accelerate agreement lifecycle.

Docusign's Agentic AI platform powers Docusign's next-generation experiences like Iris chat (conversational AI), enabling multi-step autonomous workflows through agent orchestration, AI agents and tools. As we shift from deterministic systems to probabilistic, multi-step agents, success depends not just on building agentic systems-but on proving their quality, safety, and performance. You will define and own the Agent Platform and AI agents evaluation to measure, benchmark, and improve agentic systems across Docusign.

Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Applied AI, Design, and GTM teams, you will define how Docusign measures, and continuously improves the agentic AI systems across the Intelligent Agreement Management platform. Your mission is to make Docusign's AI systems reliable, measurable, and enterprise-grade, unlocking autonomous agreement workflows at scale.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management.

Responsibility

  • Own product vision and strategy for AI platform and Agent evaluation within the IAM platform

  • Lead AI platform initiatives to drive AI observability and improve AI agents quality

  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Applied AI, Data, and other PMs to deliver cohesive agentic experiences

  • Engage with customers to understand how they leverage and assess AI agents today-and where the experience needs to evolve

  • Measure success with a data-driven mindset, instrumenting key workflows and iterating based on usage and insights
