• Design, implement, and assess comprehensive clinical treatment programs aimed at diagnosing and managing acute or chronic mental health conditions. Your role will involve regular participation in multidisciplinary staff meetings to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, documenting progress meticulously in compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy sessions to a variety of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your insights and strategies will guide clients through their therapeutic journeys.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to evaluate candidates for psychotropic medications, ensuring effective medication management while adhering to your scope of practice.
• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows and Associate-level clinicians, enhancing the team's collective expertise while fostering their growth.
• Offer educational support to the families of clients as needed, helping them understand treatment approaches and how to promote adherence to therapeutic interventions.

Your focus will encompass a diverse range of community members, including children and their families, adults managing mental health disorders, and individuals in crisis. By engaging with various population demographics, you will adapt your therapeutic techniques to meet their specific cultural, emotional, and practical needs, ensuring holistic care and understanding.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Experience in community health settings or outpatient mental health services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and clinical documentation software.
• Proficient in employing evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, dependent on caseload and experience.
