Senior Electrical Engineer, PE – Data Center / Mission Critical Remote – United States $90.00 / HR. National engineering design team supporting large-scale data center, mission critical, and advanced manufacturing projects across the U.S. Position Overview Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer, PE to support the design of mission critical and data center facilities nationwide.

This fully remote role will focus on medium and low voltage power distribution, building electrical systems, backup power infrastructure, and large-scale industrial facility design. This opportunity is ideal for engineers with experience supporting complex facility projects including data centers, AI infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, or other high-demand industrial environments. Responsibilities Design medium and low voltage electrical distribution systems for large facilities Support electrical engineering design for mission critical and data center projects Prepare construction documents, calculations, specifications, and technical reports Design systems including UPS, emergency power, grounding, lighting, and low voltage systems Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams Perform quality reviews of engineering packages and drawings Support retrofit and greenfield facility projects Interface with clients, contractors, and project teams throughout project execution Assist with scope, schedule, and technical coordination on projects Lead and mentor junior electrical engineers and designers Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license required 6+ years of electrical engineering design experience Experience with industrial or mission critical facility design Knowledge of medium and low voltage power distribution systems Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 / NEC Experience with Revit or BIM software Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lead electrical engineering teams Preferred Experience Data center or AI infrastructure project experience Mission critical facility design experience Experience with large greenfield construction projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams
