As part of our outpatient office, you will collaborate with various mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peers, creating a strong interdisciplinary approach to client care. • Conduct thorough assessments to gauge clients' mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Implement effective crisis intervention strategies and offer immediate support to clients during mental health emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, while adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate actively with clinicians and other health care professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health matters, various treatment modalities, and available community resources; advocate for clients' rights as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay updated with current best practices in mental health therapy.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health needs. From young adults facing transitional challenges to families dealing with relational dynamics and groups navigating life changes, your expertise will guide them through various stages of recovery and personal development.

• Possession of a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is essential.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are necessary for effective treatment implementation.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and fellow team members.
• Ability to work independently and foster teamwork, contributing to a collaborative care environment.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, and providing professional service.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, previous work in a clinical setting is advantageous. Candidates with a background in diverse therapeutic practices and group therapy will stand out. Experience in virtual therapy or telehealth settings is also a plus, as it aligns with our remote work model.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.
