• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to support clients in crisis and pre-crisis situations.
• Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring thorough record maintenance.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools for accurate evaluations and integrate findings into clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans and provide consulting in various scenarios as needed.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance with industry standards and enhance service quality.
• Serve as a vital link to state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems, fostering collaborative relationships that benefit clients.
• Maintain open lines of communication with community stakeholders to advance our mission and promote program initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth through participation in workshops, conferences, and community events.
• Encourage and embody the core principles and values of our agency in all interactions and work undertaken.
• Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall functioning of the team.

The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health issues, substance use challenges, and those dealing with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Our approach is individualized, enabling each client to feel respected and understood throughout their healing journey. You will guide clients through therapy sessions that can range from individual counseling to group support, adapting your techniques to meet their specific needs.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Possession of an Independent LMHC License issued by the state board.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and generating comprehensive reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication skills, allowing for effective expression of ideas and treatment plans.
• Sound judgment and the capability to make independent professional decisions.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly within outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with the latest evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to engage successfully with community resources and organizations for client advocacy.

The annual salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 86,000 to 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation incentives include productivity bonuses. Full-time employees can also take advantage of various benefits, including:
