• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status and needs, carefully documenting findings to inform treatment decisions.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing solution-focused and evidence-based methodologies to help them achieve meaningful outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, prioritizing client safety and immediate support.

Our work primarily centers on adult clients presenting with a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and interpersonal challenges. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic alliances.
• Exemplary compassion, empathy, and an ability to create a non-judgmental therapeutic space.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective caseload management and client follow-up.
• No history of disciplinary actions reported to any licensing board.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional clinical experience in community health settings, teletherapy services, or specialized therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded. A proven track record of successfully managing various client dynamics and cases will set candidates apart.
