  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic alliances.
  • Exemplary compassion, empathy, and an ability to create a non-judgmental therapeutic space.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective caseload management and client follow-up.
  • No history of disciplinary actions reported to any licensing board.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional clinical experience in community health settings, teletherapy services, or specialized therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded. A proven track record of successfully managing various client dynamics and cases will set candidates apart.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary of USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on client caseload, offering financial stability and growth potential.
  • Comprehensive health insurance plan, including dental and vision coverage to ensure overall well-being.
  • Provision of therapist insurance for additional peace of mind in a clinical setting.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer matching to help build your financial future.
  • Flexible work schedule with remote working options, enabling work-life harmony.
  • Unlimited referrals, promoting rapid development of your client base and professional network.
  • Reduced administrative workloads, allowing for more substantial client engagement and care delivery.
