In this remote position, you will have the flexibility to schedule your own hours, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. You will be equipped to conduct all therapy sessions via secure online video chat, effectively eliminating commute times and enabling you to practice from anywhere in the world.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients using telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to online therapy guidelines.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide treatment and interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Document session notes accurately and in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded treatment plans for clients.
• Support clients in setting achievable mental health goals, monitoring their progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on patient care strategies and developments in the field.

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders, among others. • A relevant master’s level degree from a regionally accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active mental health license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy services to adults.
• Proficiency in CBT and other evidence-based methodologies is essential.
• Strong writing skills for thorough documentation, ensuring all legal and ethical standards are met.
• A clean disciplinary record with no history of penalties or actions from any licensing board.
