Through call reviews and ongoing training, we help team members continuously improve their sales skills, customer conversations, and product knowledge. We are seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and is driven by income growth opportunities. In this role, you will work with warm leads and prospects to quote and sell personal lines insurance products while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Youll manage follow-ups, cross-sell additional products, and help customers protect what matters most.   • Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and sales conversations

  • Maintain strong daily activity levels, including outbound calls, follow-ups, and appointments

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
