What you'll do: 

  • Client | You'll be the point person for assigned clients. Partner closely with the Group Account Director to develop 360 advertising campaign experiences and guide day-to-day execution. Identify opportunities for growth. Navigate challenging discussions.
  • Team | Manage and motivate project teams. Review team deliverables and work with strategists, creative and production teams to create engaging and impactful work. Be an internal resource for product information, competitive climate, and brand guidelines.
  • Process | Draft scopes of work for assigned projects. Develop well-written project briefs and workback schedules. Manage assigned projects ensuring they enter the market on time and on budget. Document all client and agency meetings and help manage budgets and finances

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a creative or digital agency.
  • Experience delivering 360 campaigns or digital campaigns from start to finish across different digital media.
  • Experience building partnerships and positively influencing team members and clients.
  • An ability to manage multiple end-to-end projects of varying sizes with various stakeholders
  • Proactively identify initiative gaps, risks, and opportunities across cross-functional and cross-agency workstreams
  • Skillful at crafting a well-articulated and supported point of view.
  • Proficient experience working in both office and remote working situations, using associated tools (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • A creative, open-minded, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
  • A growing curiosity about industry, consumer and technology trends (including opportunities of AI integration)
