• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of children and their families.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to enhance the child’s developmental trajectory.
• Track and monitor client outcomes, collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Provide essential family support and education aimed at enriching the child's learning environment and promoting skill development.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, particularly related to safety and confidentiality standards.
• Develop trusting relationships with children and families to foster a healthy and conducive learning atmosphere.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment approaches, while applying Natural Learning Environment Practices effectively.
• Facilitate the Joint Planning process, encouraging the involvement of families in their child’s care by recommending strategies aligned with their individual goals.
• Employ coaching models and natural environment teaching to empower families and enhance skill acquisition.
• Uphold all organizational health and safety protocols to protect the well-being of staff and those we serve.

Our services are primarily directed toward children in their early developmental stages, particularly those experiencing delays or disabilities. As an LCSW in our detox center, you will work with families facing unique challenges, providing them with the resources and support needed to aid their children's growth—physical, social/emotional, and cognitive. Your interventions will not only foster skill development in the children but also promote overall family functionality and resilience.

• Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required to facilitate potential travel for home visits as necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varied learning styles and implement individualized treatment plans effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with team members and families.
• A commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices is essential.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience in early intervention settings, specifically working with children facing developmental challenges.

The salary range for this full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position is between $75,000 and $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
