Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload by establishing rapport with clients, conducting regular sessions, and maintaining professional boundaries and ethics.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, needs, and goals, laying the groundwork for effective treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress proficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and clinical standards.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers across disciplines to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in individualized supervision sessions aimed at professional development and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Texas.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a clinical outpatient setting after obtaining licensure.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for telehealth practices, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, electronic medical record systems, and video conferencing tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to diverse populations, particularly in a remote or telehealth model.
• Comfort with conducting comprehensive intake assessments and formulating initial treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current trends in mental health counseling.
