Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities to support clients in achieving therapeutic goals.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal standards, thereby safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate care effectively and leverage collective expertise for client benefit.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement in practice and share insights that enhance client outcomes.
• Provide education and supportive resources to clients and their loved ones, empowering them with information about mental health conditions and available community resources.

Qualifications
