• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to accurately identify needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong communications skills that facilitate the establishment of rapport with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
