• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy sessions via secure video conferencing tools.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ needs and goals, using methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and contribute input for continuous improvement in clinical services.
• Conduct follow-up consultations to assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure sustained engagement in therapy.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote available services and increase awareness around mental health care.

Our clinic primarily serves adults navigating a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with diverse clients, fostering an understanding and supportive environment wherein they feel safe to explore their emotions and growth. Your expertise will help them achieve significant improvements in their emotional wellbeing.

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult populations.
• Strong writing abilities for detailed session documentation and treatment notes.
• A clean record, free from disciplinary action from any licensing board.

• Proficiency in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and utilizing other evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and client engagement techniques via online mediums.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development in the mental health field.

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, you will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and paid no-shows for appointments. You may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
