Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy sessions via secure video conferencing tools.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clientsโ€™ needs and goals, using methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and contribute input for continuous improvement in clinical services.
  • Conduct follow-up consultations to assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure sustained engagement in therapy.
  • Engage in community outreach efforts to promote available services and increase awareness around mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves adults navigating a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult populations.
  • Strong writing abilities for detailed session documentation and treatment notes.
  • A clean record, free from disciplinary action from any licensing board.
Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and utilizing other evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and client engagement techniques via online mediums.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development in the mental health field.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, you will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and paid no-shows for appointments. You may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
