In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health treatment to our clients, specifically in a Detox Center setting. You will utilize your expertise in therapy to conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver therapy in a virtual environment, emphasizing the convenience and effectiveness of telehealth.

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through secure video conferencing tools and messaging platforms such as Simple Practice. • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, history, and goals.
• Create individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and circumstances of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide effective counseling for various mental health disorders.
• Facilitate regular virtual therapy sessions, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending relevant training and workshops.

Our primary focus centers on individuals experiencing substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring mental health issues in a detoxification context. You will engage with a diverse client population that includes adolescents, adults, and couples, guiding them through their recovery journeys. Your approach will emphasize empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity as you build therapeutic relationships that foster healing and resilience.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong skills in treatment planning and offering effective mental health counseling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for conducting virtual sessions.
• Ability to use digital tools for video conferencing and secure communication.
• Knowledge of teletherapy practices and experience in remote counseling environments is a plus.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or related fields.
• Proficiency in providing counseling services to diverse groups, including adolescents, adults, and couples.
• Experience working in a detox or substance use treatment setting is highly valued.
