• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients, thoughtfully crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to the diverse needs of patients, focusing on a collaborative approach that fosters open communication.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation to meet regulatory standards and uphold the integrity of patient confidentiality.
• Work in partnership with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights on complex cases, and develop cohesive treatment strategies.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided and addressing interdisciplinary concerns.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health topics, empowering them with the tools and understanding needed to manage their health effectively.
• Stay current with research developments in the field of mental health to apply new findings to enhance treatment outcomes.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, many of whom are in difficult life circumstances. This may include patients coping with terminal illness, chronic pain, or significant life transitions. By offering empathy and professional support, you will help patients develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A problem-solver who exhibits resilience and remains adaptable in a changing work environment.

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient notes.
• A strong background in community outreach and mental health advocacy.

The salary range for this position is USD $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
