This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still offering a collaborative atmosphere with our outpatient offices based in Chandler, Arizona. We use innovative telehealth tools to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring that our clients receive the care they need from the comfort of their own homes or settings best suited for them. Our digital infrastructure supports efficient workflows and comprehensive client management.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans that cater to their specific needs.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to deliver effective mental health care.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of client care and maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document all interactions and interventions accurately in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay ahead of advancements in mental health research and methodologies.

Our counselors work with a diverse range of clients facing numerous mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. We emphasize a personalized approach, tailoring our methods to each client's unique circumstances while promoting holistic wellness.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings, is essential.
• A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards that govern mental health practices.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds, conducive to a safe therapeutic environment.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR software and other related technologies to enhance service delivery.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, supplemented by a performance-based bonus structure. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
