Position Overview

We invite dedicated and experienced mental health professionals to apply for the role of Telehealth Mental Health Counselor at Adult, Child & Family Services, LLC. This full-time, remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in a supportive virtual environment while promoting mental wellness within diverse communities. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and intake interviews via secure telehealth platforms to evaluate clients' needs and determine effective treatment plans.
  • Offer a spectrum of counseling services, including individual therapy, family counseling, marriage therapy, and group sessions tailored to your areas of expertise.
  • Utilize advanced virtual tools to administer mental health screenings and assessments, identifying clients' treatment needs and areas for potential growth.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals, gathering and analyzing information that informs individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate regular therapy sessions, adapting treatment plans and therapeutic approaches based on clients' progress and feedback.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, contributing insights and recommendations in team meetings and case discussions.
  • Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development, remaining current with mental health trends, tools, and evidence-based practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and co-occurring disorders. Our practice emphasizes an inclusive approach, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.
  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience providing therapy to individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities, counseling theories, and effective techniques in individual and group settings.
  • Experience working with co-occurring disorders, trauma, or substance abuse treatment is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with current principles, practices, and trends in mental health diagnosis and treatment.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
