Our clinicians enjoy a fully remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or any location you choose. The Operations team handles all administrative aspects, enabling you to concentrate on your therapeutic work without being burdened by paperwork. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with us, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms to assist clients in their mental health journeys.
  • Collaborating with a supportive Admissions and Assessment team to streamline client care and focus on delivering outstanding services.
  • Participating in case discussions with other clinicians to share insights, develop new skills, and enhance treatment strategies.
  • Providing feedback and assessments to create personalized treatment plans that resonate with clients' specific needs.
  • Actively engaging with a limited caseload of clients, ensuring a maximum of 8 clients per group session to facilitate meaningful connections and effective therapy.
  • Offering support to clients facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients primarily consist of adolescents and young adults, many of whom are experiencing significant challenges related to their mental health and wellbeing. You will have the opportunity to form deep therapeutic relationships that foster healing and resilience in this vulnerable population. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Current licensure in California as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. We also encourage junior-licensed clinicians, as we provide supervision for them.
  • A commitment to service and availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a contract (1099) or full-time (W2) position.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valued:

  • Previous experience working with adolescent and young adult populations, particularly in a telehealth setting.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or other therapeutic modalities.
  • Aproficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual therapy sessions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, you will also receive:
