Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized counseling and therapeutic services to a caseload of clients with varying degrees of clinical acuity.
  • Evaluate and diagnose mental health issues as part of comprehensive treatment plans, collaborating with clients to set achievable goals.
  • Engage with clients through supportive counseling, crisis intervention, grief counseling, and psychoeducation, helping them navigate the emotional complexities of their illnesses.
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments upon admission and periodically throughout treatment to identify clients' social and emotional needs.
