Navigate Family & Youth Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our telehealth team in Bloomington, Illinois. This role is 100% remote, utilizing a telehealth model that allows for flexible scheduling and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand clients' trauma history and customize treatment approaches accordingly.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that guide clients in processing trauma and cultivating effective coping mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention support in trauma-related emergencies and educate patients and families on trauma responses and available resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to case consultations, participate in team meetings, and engage in professional development focused on trauma-informed practices.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field of trauma therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals and families affected by trauma, including but not limited to children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid LCPC licensure in the state of Illinois.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly with trauma-focused therapies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating compassion and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
  • Experience working within electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-stress environments and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
