You will have access to state-of-the-art digital tools that facilitate streamlined documentation and enhance client engagement, allowing you to focus on what matters mostโ€”delivering exceptional therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing live video platforms to administer evidence-based treatments to adults experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological disorders.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to develop and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
  • Monitor client progress using a suite of automated tools for symptom self-assessment and goal tracking, allowing for real-time adjustments to treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which emphasizes minimal paperwork to maximize your therapeutic time with clients.
  • Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions with our Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your clinical skills and gain insights into best practices in therapy.
  • Apply standardized diagnostic criteria as prescribed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-V) to formulate mental health diagnoses for clients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing various evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse array of adult clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. We focus on providing culturally responsive care; therefore, embracing empathy and understanding across various backgrounds is essential. You will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our clientโ€™s lives by empowering them to achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
  • An independent license to practice in the state where you reside (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Holding additional licenses in multiple states is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms for clinical practice and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating technology into therapeutic methods.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting, particularly in providing virtual therapy services.
  • Experience in utilizing various therapeutic modalities and demonstrated success in delivering culturally sensitive care to a diverse client population.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to take care of your health and well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance for your financial peace of mind.
  • Professional liability insurance to protect your practice.
  • An employee assistance program that provides mental health support for you and your family.
  • A focus on minimal paperwork to allow for a full caseload, giving you a busy yet fulfilling schedule.

At Gentle Counseling, Inc., we are committed to your professional development. As part of our team, you will have access to continuous learning opportunities, workshops, and leadership training to advance your skills and knowledge within behavioral health.
