Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Rebuilding Lives Psychotherapy Center. This role is focused on providing essential clinical support and intervention to seniors within our outpatient hospice center setting. The ideal candidate will bring both empathy and experience to help enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families. You will engage in comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, and direct therapeutic services, all tailored to the unique needs of the senior population we serve.

Key Responsibilities
