• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health conditions, and overall treatment needs, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, sharing insights and progress to enhance client treatment experiences and outcomes.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients’ families to foster a better understanding of addiction and to involve them in the recovery process, thereby strengthening support systems.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client records, adhering strictly to health care compliance standards and ethical guidelines while safeguarding confidentiality.

You will work primarily with individuals battling substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues, significantly impacting their lives. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and varying stages of addiction, and they seek empathetic, effective support tailored to their circumstances.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical), or Psychologist.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling or related substance abuse treatment methodologies.
• Thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices specific to substance use disorders and mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills that foster client rapport and motivation for recovery.
• Strong communication abilities, promoting effective teamwork within the treatment environment.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in a substance abuse or mental health treatment setting.
• Training or certification in specialized therapeutic modalities relevant to addiction treatment.
• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively for remote counseling sessions.

• Attractive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
