What is a remote addiction recovery job with no degree required?

A Remote Addiction Recovery job with no degree required involves supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders through online platforms, such as phone calls, chat, or video conferencing. These roles may include positions like peer recovery specialist, support coach, or hotline responder. Typically, these jobs focus on providing emotional support, sharing resources, and helping clients navigate their recovery journeys, rather than offering clinical therapy. While formal degrees aren't necessary, relevant lived experience, certifications, or training in addiction recovery are often preferred by employers.

Working remotely can also mean less immediate access to team support, so it's important to proactively communicate with supervisors and colleagues. Staying organized, participating in regular virtual team meetings, and seeking ongoing training can help you navigate these challenges and provide high-quality support to those in recovery.
