• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health status, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that encourage participation and emotional expression, using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate closely with other treatment team members, including social workers, psychologists, and addiction counselors, to ensure coordinated and integrated care for each client.
• Engage and educate clients' families, providing them with the necessary tools and support to actively participate in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.

Our patient population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with substance abuse, as well as those suffering from co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of your clients, guiding them through the complexities of addiction and helping them find healthier coping mechanisms.

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Specialized training in addiction counseling or equivalent experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with a proven ability to motivate clients towards recovery.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively in a remote environment.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or addiction treatment.
• Experience working in telehealth settings, utilizing technology for therapy delivery and client management.
• Familiarity with mental health regulations, compliance standards, and documentation practices.
• A demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development in mental health and addiction treatment.
