As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will work in a fully remote setting, allowing you to maintain flexibility while making a significant difference in the lives of our clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment modalities to address their specific situations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and are tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, documenting patient histories, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, including those related to trauma, substance abuse, or domestic violence.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, resources, and coping strategies to foster resilience and promote recovery.
• Facilitate referrals to community-based services when needed, ensuring that families connect to the continuum of care available in the local area.

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele that includes children, families, and adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients from different backgrounds is essential for building trust and fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Oregon.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to engage with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with digital health platforms is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of providing therapeutic services to diverse clientele with a comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapies.
• Expertise in crisis management and the ability to navigate complex mental health situations.
