This position will be performed remotely, allowing for a flexible and adaptive work environment suitable for both our counselors and clients. As a Telehealth provider, you will utilize various digital tools and platforms to facilitate patient interactions, therapeutic sessions, and collaborative team discussions. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and addiction-related challenges to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring documentation meets established regulatory standards.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create and implement crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans.
• Maintain client confidentiality and data integrity through diligent record-keeping and utilization of secure telehealth systems.
• Participate actively in the continuous improvement of clinical practices by engaging in licensing and accreditation processes.
• Facilitate effective communication with local, state, and federal agencies to advocate for clients and enrich service offerings.
• Seek opportunities for professional development through attending relevant training sessions, workshops, and conferences.
• Contribute proactively to team meetings, sharing best practices, and strategies to better support our patient population.

Our primary focus is on providing mental health counseling to seniors facing significant life changes, loss, and age-related psychological concerns. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.
• At least 4 years of recent experience focusing on geriatric counseling and mental health support.

• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling and treatment.
• Additional training or specialization in geriatric mental health and related issues is highly desirable.
