In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct detailed client assessments to identify mental health needs, strengths, and any barriers they may face in their healing journey.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques to address the specific issues faced by each client.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on promoting emotional resilience and coping strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure clients have continued access to care, particularly for those with mobility or scheduling challenges.

• Engage in ongoing professional education and training opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals dealing with a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and addiction. To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates must possess:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

While a Bachelor’s degree is the minimum educational requirement, candidates with a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field will stand out.
