• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to uncover clients' substance abuse histories, mental health conditions, and treatment requirements.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying psychological disorders, utilizing a client-centered approach.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing recognized models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to enhance client engagement and motivation.
• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure a holistic and coordinated care plan for each client, attending regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients’ families, thereby enhancing their involvement in the healing process.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy by meticulously documenting client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Your primary focus will be on adults aiming for recovery from substance use disorders, often dealing with complex co-occurring mental health challenges. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care and tailored therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• A strong foundation in addiction counseling techniques and substance abuse treatment is essential.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices addressing substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions.

• At least two years of documented experience in a mental health or substance abuse counseling capacity.
• Demonstrable skills in delivering therapy to individuals and groups, with a track record of positive client outcomes.
• Proficiency in utilizing clinical software and electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.
