Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including intake evaluations and ongoing progress reviews to ensure tailored treatment strategies.
• Develop comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that are regularly monitored and adjusted based on client progress and needs.
• Facilitate crisis intervention when clients are in need of immediate support, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.
• Assist clients in navigating community resources, including housing assistance, employment services, and other social supports, acting as an advocate to promote their overall well-being.
• Engage in regular case management, ensuring continuity of care and timely follow-up with clients regarding their treatment progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to ethical standards, state regulations, and the clinic's policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay updated on current best practices and innovations in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals across the lifespan. Our client base often includes those dealing with issues related to trauma, grief, and emotional distress, as well as specific populations such as adolescents and members of the LGBTQ+ community. As an LCSW, your ability to provide culturally sensitive care will be critical in addressing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy and clinical services in an outpatient or healthcare setting.
• Strong therapeutic and case management skills, with an ability to create effective, tailor-made treatment plans.
• Commitment to ethical practice, with a solid understanding of relevant state and federal laws and guidelines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized therapy fields such as trauma recovery, grief counseling, or family therapy.
• A track record of working effectively with diverse populations and individuals facing various life challenges.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
