• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students enrolled in clinical licensure or Master's programs, assisting in their professional development and ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster effective therapeutic relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, accessing community resources as necessary to enhance client care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, leveraging current research and best practices to guide your interventions.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.
• Continuously engage in professional development by staying informed about advancements in therapy and participating in ongoing training and education opportunities.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field is required, along with a valid state license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Professional liability insurance is necessary to ensure you're protected in your practice.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, showcasing your expertise in the field.

• Experience in supervising practicum students and a commitment to fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to provide individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, case management software, and tools for documentation is highly beneficial.
