Your essential tasks will include:

• Conducting initial comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Developing customized treatment plans based on individual assessments and the preferred therapeutic modalities of each client.
• Providing structured individual therapy sessions that empower clients in their journeys toward mental health stability and personal growth.
• Implementing and regularly revising therapeutic goals, ensuring progress is tracked and modifying approaches as needed to enhance client outcomes.
• Utilizing teletherapy methods to ensure accessibility for clients with mobility issues or those preferring virtual sessions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, facilitating thorough record-keeping and care continuity.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision, promoting ongoing learning and skill enhancement.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a current and valid state license as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in therapeutic interactions.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.

Prior experience in a clinical setting is beneficial, particularly in outpatient services, and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Experience working with trauma-informed care approaches or providing teletherapy is an added advantage.
