• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Create and maintain individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, adjusting strategies based on ongoing evaluation.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform to facilitate engaging virtual sessions that are accessible and comfortable for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative therapeutic approaches.

The clients you will work with come from a wide array of backgrounds and diverse life experiences, presenting various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. You will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals towards recovery and personal growth, fostering resilience, and providing tools for effective coping strategies.

• A valid and current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions with licensing boards.

• Experience conducting therapy and mental health assessments, particularly in remote settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and an understanding of the unique challenges and benefits they present.
• Previous work experience within a community health clinic or similar environment.

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
