In your role as an LCSW, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mental health care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough client evaluations to gather comprehensive data, applying evidence-based assessment tools to identify mental health issues.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on achievable goals and actionable steps.
• Utilizing modern therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to provide effective treatment.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of client sessions and progress in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

While we are looking for candidates with at least two years of clinical experience, those who have previously worked with older adult populations or have experience in community mental health settings will be given preference.
